Prioritise Customers
A lot of businesses claim to do this, even the ones who actually put profit before their customers. We are a very customer centric business and we always go out of our way to assist our customers where ever we can as we understand the value of our customers. After all, if we offer a great service to our customers they will be more likely to tell their friends about the great service they received and help our business to grow.
In the past we have discontinued using products and suppliers due to them not being of the high quality we expect for our customers. We quality check every item, and if we are not happy with it, we take it that you would not be happy with it either and contact you to let you know this is the case and contact our supplier for an immediate replacement. Our customers (and the planet) are at the heart of what we do and we make every decision with the customer in mind. If you ever have an issue, please contact us so we can help.

Honesty & Transparency
We like honesty in people and people who are straight talking, so as a business we strive to do just that. We will always be clear about what a product is, its contents, what it can do and its origin. We will always indicate the prices of our garments and other products in a clear way with no additional fees to pay on our website.
Sustainability
As a brand that cares very much about the planet, we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. We promise to put planet before profit. Here are some of the things we are doing to help be as eco-friendly as possible (if you have any suggestions for us on this, please contact us):
- Plant a tree for every product sold. Click here to see how many trees we have planted so far.
- Opt for e-packing slips rather than paper ones, to save resources.
- Use recyclable thick paper packaging for our orders.
- Use organic cotton/bamboo/recycled/recyclable materials in our garments/products
- Use recycled/recyclable/biodegradable materials in our packaging.
- If a product we like is not available in an eco-friendly version, we actively choose to wait until the right products become available as we believe in starting as we mean to go on - the right way.
- Always on the look out for eco-friendly garments and products to launch on our website. Contact us if you have some recommendations of products you think we should stock on our website.
Inclusivity & Diversity
We see the value and potential in what very single person can offer. We want to build a community of people who lift others up, not break them down. We strive to be as inclusive as we can be, which includes people of all different sizes, ethnicity, age and (dis)ability. We are not doing this because the public wants to see this. We are a pro-inclusivity and pro-diversity brand because we represent everyone and we want to make being your unique self the norm.
We love difference. Being VAYN is about owning who you are, truly accepting yourself, loving yourself and helping others to do the same. It doesn't matter if you have hair loss, a boob removed, a leg missing, a giant scar on your body. We believe your differences are what makes you special and beautiful.
